Rust & Forge ships within the United States only.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the item ordered.
Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Delivery time estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.00 (USD).
- Orders under $100.00 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Rust & Forge is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by UPS, Rust & Forge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact UPS directly.
- Reach out to us at email@rustandforge.com for assistance.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
