Returns & Refund Policy

At Rust & Forge, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us first for approval.
- The item must be unused and in good condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Original packaging is not required, but the item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Authorization Required
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at:

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rust & Forge is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
If the damage or error is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
